The company's owners, Julian Ramirez and Felix Vazquez, have accumulated a combined experience of over 30 years in the field of commercial building restoration and parking garage structures. While working together on a variety of diverse projects in the industry, Ramirez and Vazquez acquired extensive and pertinent experience in all aspects of their trade. As a result of these successful, efficient projects and the trust and friendship that ensued, they decided to create their own company, and together they create an exemplary partnership.

Ramirez, who has experience in the field of construction engineering, is in charge of the daily operations and management of the company's projects.
